MAYHOOD ACHIEVES AWARD-WINNING SALES PACE AT VERSE CONDOS IN TYSONS, VA
The Mayhood Company has been recognized for presales of Verse Condominiums by Delta Associates’ annual Awards for Excellence program. Mayhood achieved the highest condominium sales pace for new condos in the Washington-Baltimore corridor with average sales of 6.2 units per month.
In the months leading up to the project’s recent delivery, Mayhood sold 99 Verse condominiums, ranging from junior one-bedroom units to 2,500 square foot residences with three bedrooms and a den. The top price achieved was for a penthouse that sold for $2,969,000.
Verse was developed by The Meridian Group and Kettler as a key part of The Boro, the largest Metro-centric walkable community in rapidly transforming Tysons, Virginia. The 25-story Verse condominium tower is now 70 percent sold. Initial move-ins will start prior to Thanksgiving.
With striking architecture by Shalom Baranes Associates and a location within walking distance of the Greensboro Metro station and the recently opened Whole Foods, Verse has enticed buyers with sleek contemporary design, floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor terraces, and a range of enviable amenities.
“Less than a handful of large luxury condominium developments in the Washington metropolitan area have achieved a consistent sales pace of over six sales per month during the last decade,” remarked David Mayhood, president of The Mayhood Company. “There was Turnberry Tower in 2009, CityCenter in 2014, and now there’s Verse in 2019.”
“The Meridian Group and Kettler created the opportunity for our Mayhood sales team to accomplish results that were honestly beyond my expectations,” Mayhood continued “This impressive sales pace of over six units per month is the result of a lot of work and focused attention.”
The Mayhood Company has been responsible for the sales and marketing of over 30,000 residences in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The company has sold over 200 new developments, comprising almost all urban residential construction types from townhomes to high-rises. For more information, see https://www.mayhoodcompany.com/.
