URBAN PACE
LHB publicized several dozen boutique condominium developments that were marketed by Urban Pace, a forward-thinking residential real estate sales and marketing firm. These developments sold quickly, some at record prices for their neighborhoods. Several involved adaptive re-use of historic buildings, such as a former school for the blind in Georgetown that is now The Montrose condominium residence. Sanctuary, a unique redevelopment of a 19th century Gothic Revival church on Capitol Hill, was the subject of a full-length feature in Washingtonian magazine. LHB’s work supported Urban Pace’s profitable 2016 acquisition by Long & Foster.
